Plenty of places to sit while waiting for my car. The free wifi was great. Free coffee was good as well as free small water bottles. The wait time was shorter than expected which is nice. I wish they offered some free, simple snacks like before though. Even if it's just popcorn.
Thank you so much to Eric at Glendale for helping me with my now 2026 Corolla. I showed up with a 2024 Corolla XSE that I was happy to trade in because it got a little too pricey for this economy. My goal was to basically reduce my monthly payment. So, it took a while to negotiate and reach an agreement but Eric was patient, a great listener, and was determined to help me leave the lot with something cute and affordable. Came in for first maintenance service. Tires were rotated & checked for air pressure. There was a recall regarding the computer going out that would affect the car starting, was resolved. I was informed it would take about 5 hours for the maintenance to be done. It was done in a little over 3 hours. I was extremely happy. They did a fantastic job on my car.
