Unreasonable charges, uncomfortable waiting area, over crowded and captive audience. I brought my 4Runner for its first service. The process is confusing, customer service is non-existent, the waiting area is loud with tv and music playing at the same time and the seats have no substantial backs so they the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered, especially if you have to wait for. 2 + hours for an oil change. From the time I leased my 2024 Toyota Corolla a year ago, I’ve received great customer service from Toyota of Glendale dealership. My service Technician was Rudy, for the second time since I’ve leased my car, and he has been great both times. He was proactive in keeping me updated about the status of my car. I have had a horrible and fraudulent experience at Toyota of Glendale. On 1/2/24 I took my 4Runner to this dealer for a tire safety check. A tech crashed my car badly within the dealer premises. It was not a little bump, it was a big crash. I was given a document listing specific repairs that the dealer would do to my car but the dealer has not repaired my car completely. I went for my car service for the first time, and everybody expected me to know what to do, especially those at the cashier. I was a little bit disappointed. I didn't know where to go or what to do, and the people who worked there only directed me from one person to another. It was confusing. I didn't expect that. I didn't receive any pick-up service after my car was ready. Toyota only offered a drop-off service.

I negotiated the car with the Internet team and then went in for delivery. I got a good price for the vehicle, but my one complaint was the Internet sales team was a bit discombobulated when I arrived. The sales team picked up the slack and I am delighted with my vehicle and service.
The estimated time of delivery was 3 hours and the car was ready in 2 hours and 45 minutes.

I decided to take my 2007 scion tC for a routine service to the Toyota of Glendale. The total price compared to the other Toyota dealerships that I have visited was twice as expensive (I've never paid over 100 dollars for a simple service and oil change until visiting this location.). I had a 7am appointment and they did not take my vehicle back until 0845. I had checked on the status of the vehicle basic oil maintenance and it still had not taken back. They had acceptable excuse or reason. I would never buy a car here if this is how they treat their customers. xxxx poor
