Good dealership and professional management. Waiting room for customers very clean and comfortable that you can spend hours there.

Unreasonable charges, uncomfortable waiting area, over crowded and captive audience. I brought my 4Runner for its first service. The process is confusing, customer service is non-existent, the waiting area is loud with tv and music playing at the same time and the seats have no substantial backs so they the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered, especially if you have to wait for. 2 + hours for an oil change. I brought in factory cross rails to be installed since I don’t have the tools and don’t want to damage the area to pop off the plastic covering. I was quoted $80 to put them on - that’s literally $80 for 5 minutes of work! I’d expect better service after spending over $50 K on a vehicle. Common indifferent treatment for a female. I hated every moment that of being there due to the lack of feeling that received equitable treatment and value for my dollar.

My first time ever at this dealer to service my car and Bobby the advisor was very professional and caring down to earth from the beginning. Everyone was working as a team and getting things done the right way for the customers. I'm so satisfied about the process and I truly appreciate it.

From the time I leased my 2024 Toyota Corolla a year ago, I’ve received great customer service from Toyota of Glendale dealership. My service Technician was Rudy, for the second time since I’ve leased my car, and he has been great both times. He was proactive in keeping me updated about the status of my car.
