On Friday May 29th, 2026 we had one thing on our mind. A Toyota Tacoma SR5 4 door 4 Liter. And Glendale Toyota dealership delivered that dream. Thank Glendale Toyota!
After arguing for the price I wanted I came in and got it. The sales associate was a pretty cool guy. The finance manager was respectful of what I wanted and didnt and was cool to talk to. My biggest complaint was the car wash before I left. After driving home it had dried water spots all over and the black piano body styling had swirls marks like it came from a unkept car wash. Overall I'd consider them again but verify under good lighting your new cars not scuffed up before leaving the lot.
This was my best car-buying experience ever. The dealership was welcoming, the salesman, floor manager, and even the finance officer were a pleasure to deal with. Bonus -- I LOVE my new car! Thank you Toyota of Glendale.

A little more pricey than Honda but well worth it. Toyota is definitely the #1 car. The staff are so nice and there are a lot of discounts for their vehicle services.

On April 17 I Purchased a Metalic Gray 2022 Prius Prime XLE. It was a perfect find, a lease return with only 1 Previous owner and only 27k miles on it. Snatched it up right away. The experience was the best i have ever had at any dealership. The sales person Catalina provided a delightful experience. She was patient, informative and we test drove the car first. The waiting area was nice and clean. Arthur the finance man was also a great experience. In the end, no pushy tactics that leads to a long drawn out buying process. 😁

Overall experience Carlos and Eric were awesome and knowledgeable in the Camry my wife purchased from there. The negotiation of the deal was little tough at the beginning but after all the offer was accepted. Some other dealers wouldn’t even consider negotiating with us. I had an issue with rodents chewing some wires under my hood where my car wasn't drivable and Toyota of Glendale got me an appointment within 30mins. My car was fixed and ready the next day. Wilson, my service advisor, was very professional and communicative every step of the way. It was an unfortunate thing to have happened but so grateful the people at Toyota were able to take care of it right away.

Service Advisor Hovhannes Badalyan and the waiting area were great where I spent six hours. I trust the Toyota technicians who repaired my car are adequate or better. However, when the car was returned to me, the seat and other driver controls were not the same as when I brought the car in --- especially the DRCC or whatever Toyota calls cruise-control features. Possibly your service management could develop some kind of check list which would technicians could implement to return cars to drivers with the same driver-settings as existed when the car was delivered for service/repair.
Eric, was very knowledgeable on all vehicles. He explained to me, and my wife, in details of each car, we asked about. Very respectful, and understanding of our needs. But, we left Friday night, with a brand new 2026 Toyota Canry SE Hybrid, We will definitely go back again. To buy me, a new truck.
