New for 2026, the Nightshade Edition is based on the SE and slots between the SE and XLE. It is offered in three colors only: Supersonic Red, Ice Cap and Midnight Black Metallic.

Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive uses a dedicated electric motor on the rear axle instead of a driveshaft and transfer case. It engages when the system detects front-wheel slip, then disengages on dry pavement — which is why the efficiency penalty stays small. It’s a rare feature in this segment; neither the Accord Hybrid nor the Sonata Hybrid offers all-wheel drive.
The LE leads the lineup on lighter 16-inch wheels. Every Camry runs on regular unleaded.
